San Ramon Valley Unified parents are asked to complete an online “Annual Update” to verify household and emergency contact information and complete the annual release acknowledgement and permission requirements.

The Annual Update window for the 2019-20 school year will be open on June 20 for Coyote Creek. Complete the district online Annual Update using your Parent Portal . To begin the process, click on “Online Enrollment Annual Update”.

Only one Annual Update is required for each family at a primary address. The message will continue to appear in your inbox until the end of the Annual Update period. Please disregard the message once you have completed your Annual Update. You will receive a confirmation email following completion of the Annual Update process.

All families, new and returning, must register their children for school each year.

Medication at School - If your child requires medication at school, please bring the completed Medication at School Form and the medication to school July 29 - August 9, 2019

    • "Coyote 101" will be held for all new families on August 5, 2019 from 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM. Come tour the school, ask your questions, and meet the Principal and Assistant Principal! This is for parents only. Immediately following this orientation, volunteers will be available from 5:30pm – 6:30pm to help new families with the Online Registration prior to Onsite Registration on August 6th.
    • You will need to use your Parent Portal to see who your child's teacher is. Click here to access your Portal. Class assignments will be available for viewing in your Parent Portal on August 12, 2019 at 12:00 noon.
  • SCHOOL STARTS August 13, 2019 - Minimum Day schedule. See Bell Schedule on the homepage.
    • Hosted by our fabulous PTA - August 13, 2019 from 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM in the MPR. Join us on the first day of school for coffee, pastries, and a good time!  Meet new families and reconnect with old friends!

The TRAFFIX bus program has made a significant improvement in reducing traffic congestion at elementary schools in the most congested parts of Danville and San Ramon.  Parents are saving time and money and kids love riding the bus.
