San Ramon Valley Unified parents are asked to complete an online “Annual Update” to verify household and emergency contact information and complete the annual release acknowledgement and permission requirements.


The Annual Update window for the 2018-19 school year will be open on July 10 for Coyote Creek. Complete the district online Annual Update using your Parent Portal in Infinite Campus. To begin the process, click on the Annual Update link located in the bottom left corner of your Welcome page titled “Online Enrollment Annual Update”.


Only one Annual Update is required for each family at a primary address. The message will continue to appear in your inbox until the end of the Annual Update period. Please disregard the message once you have completed your Annual Update. You will receive a confirmation email following completion of the Annual Update process.

All families, new and returning, must register their children for school each year.

    • "Coyote 101" will be held for all new families on August 9, 2018 from 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM. Come tour the school and meet the Principal and Assistant Principal!
    • You will need to use your Parent Portal to see who your child's teacher is. Click here to access your Portal. Class assignments will be available for viewing in your Parent Portal on August 10, 2018 at 12:00 noon.

    • Hosted by our fabulous PTA - August 13, 2018 from 8:45 AM - 11:15 AM in the MPR. Join us on the first day of school for coffee, pastries, and a good time!  Meet new families and reconnect with old friends!
