    End of Year Pickup Schedule

This week we will begin distributing student materials and collecting any materials you have to return to the school.  In addition to the protocol below, we would like all families to utilize their vehicle trunks or trunk equivalent to allow for a "minimal contact" exchange of materials.  Please put all items that you are going to return to the school in your trunks/rear of your vehicle. You will be asked to remain in your vehicle and release/open your trunk during this process so that staff can retrieve and place items in your trunk.

Please follow this protocol for a safe and efficient pick-up/drop off of materials:

    • Make a sign for your vehicle for the driver to show through the window with your student's "Last name, First name" and teacher name
    • Please wear masks and remain in your vehicle.
    • Enter the school at the drive through and proceed to the RIGHT towards the basketball courts. You will drive onto the blacktop and exit by the Kindergarten buildings.
    • If you are picking up belongings for another family, please have a sign for them.
    • Library books or fees for lost library books should be clearly labelled and placed in your trunk.
    • Items that belong to a teacher/classroom can be put in a bag with the teacher name and placed in your trunk.
    • If your child had medication on site, it will be in your bag.  Please check it and store it promptly.
    • If you cannot come on your assigned date, please come to the front of the school in the regular drive thru on June 1st between 9:00 - 9:30 AM for curbside pick up.

    About Our School

    About Us

California distringuished schoolCoyote Creek Elementary is located in the Dougherty Valley area of San Ramon.  With a tradition of excellence and a desire to provide a high-quality education to all students, Coyote Creek is proud of the programs and resources it offers.

Students here are challenged to be the best that they can be.  They are supported in this goal by a committed, caring staff who believes that "all children are our children".  This commitment to students is shared by an involved parent community.  We have PTA and the Coyote Creek Learning Fund both actively involved in supporting the work being done in our classrooms.

Coyote Creek has received many distinctions for our great work.  We are one of three elementary schools in SRVUSD to have received the most recent California Distinguished School Award.

We are a dynamic and diverse community that values students as individuals and promotes an environment where all students can achieve academic, social, and emotional success in order to be well prepared for college and careers.

    Coyote Creek Vision

We envision a diverse school community that values the whole child by meeting their academic, social, and emotional needs.  We will prepare students for the future by providing them with a safe, engaging, challenging, and emotionally supportive environment.  With a dedicated staff and parent community we will strive to develop students who will become lifelong learners and are able to meet the growing changes of the future.
