Student Leadership Program
Coyote Creek's leadership team is comprised of fifth grade students who take leadership seriously and demonstrate willingness to commit to community service projects. These students are also positive role models for other students in our school. Each year, the application process starts in September, at which time students are asked to write an essay that showcases their leadership qualities and strengths.
In the past, student leadership members have raised funds for HOPE FOR JAPAN, have donated shoes to Haiti Relief and have sponsored a pajama drive for foster children. Activities at school also include Wednesday announcements over the school-wide intercom, classroom announcements for upcoming events, recycling, spirit days, and The Paw Press, our student generated newspaper.
