Hello Everyone…I am excited and enthusiastic about returning to teach another year here at Coyote Creek Elementary School! It is wonderful to be a member of the 4th Grade Team and a part the supportive Coyote Creek community. I look forward to a positive year filled with many memories and learning experiences. My goal is that each of my students tries new things and become respectful, independent learners, while having fun.

When I am not at school, I enjoy time at home with my family, pets, and friends. I love to read books, travel, scrap book, go for long walks, and see movies. I wish you all a successful school year!

It is always exciting to return and work with the wonderful “pack” at Coyote Creek.  My passion is teaching and motivating children to become life long learners.  I enjoy working in a caring classroom environment where the students are encouraged to share their ideas and apply them in their own learning.  I am very honored to work in such a dedicated and supportive community. I look forward to another great year!

I am so happy to be a part of this spectacular school.  I am very fortunate to be returning to fourth grade at Coyote Creek. This is my third year in the San Ramon Valley District. Before coming to San Ramon, I was teaching in the Temecula School District in Southern California. Five of my wonderful years have been in fourth grade and one has been in fifth. I have traveled up and down California for my education and family. I started in Orange County before moving to Amador County for High School. I then moved back to San Diego to receive my Credential and Masters degree in Education. Years later, meeting my husband has brought me back up to Northern California.

I am so excited to return to Coyote Creek. This is my fifth year teaching in the 4th-5th grades at our school.  I love the focus on the New York Reading and Writing Programs. Envision Math has proven to be an exciting and effective math program.  My personal experiences traveling to 47 countries are woven into the art and social studies curriculum. Starbook's Café is a favorite place where students can find and read books inside my room. I personally focus on lifelong learning, and share my enthusiasm and stories with students. My classroom is a place for great fun and learning!

To put it simply, I really enjoy teaching.  I love to work with children, to expand their minds with new ideas and  earning, to bring children together in a caring class community.  I feel very lucky to spend my days in the company of enthusiastic, bright, innocent yet wise young people.  Coyote Creek is an excellent school and it is a great joy to work here.  I enjoy travel, the arts, languages, and life in the Bay Area.  I look forward to knowing you!
